Shipping Policy

IN-HAND ITEMS

In-hand items are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Mansion & Main Pin Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen packages are generally outside of our control. Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery issues.

Presale Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING A PRESALE ITEM

Presale pins are not currently in hand. Purchasing a presale reserves your pin while it goes through manufacturing and production.

Because our pins are custom manufactured and may include specialty elements such as pearl enamel, translucent effects, glow-in-the-dark enamel, layered elements, or other detailed finishes, production times can vary.

Our estimated production timeframe is approximately 3–6 months, but delays can occur due to revisions, manufacturing, quality control, holidays, shipping, or other circumstances outside our control.

Production updates will be shared whenever significant progress is made.

By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge that the item is still in production and agree to the estimated production timeframe.

Presales + In-Hand Items

Please do not combine presale items with in-hand merchandise in the same order.

If an order contains both, the entire order may be held until the presale item arrives unless additional shipping arrangements are made.

This helps us keep shipping organized and ensures in-hand merchandise isn’t unnecessarily delayed.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

Because Mansion & Main Pin Co. releases products in small and limited-edition quantities, all sales are final.

Presale orders should only be placed if you are comfortable waiting through the manufacturing process.

If you receive the wrong item or an item with significant damage outside of normal handmade manufacturing variations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

Handmade Pin Disclaimer

Our collectible pins are individually manufactured and finished through processes that involve significant handwork. Because of this, no pin is completely flawless.

Small variations may include tiny scratches, minor enamel variations, small specks, slight differences in screen printing, glitter placement, metal finishing, or other minor manufacturing marks.

These minor variations are part of the manufacturing process and are not generally considered defects.

Pins with significant defects that noticeably affect the overall appearance will not be sold as standard-grade merchandise.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All applicable orders will include tracking.

Once tracking shows that a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Mansion & Main Pin Co. cannot control the package’s handling or delivery.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact your local carrier and check with household members or neighbors.

We will always do our best to help provide information needed for a carrier claim.
